LAS VEGAS (AP) — Attorneys for the sports car manufacturer Lamborghini are suing a restaurant and car showroom in a Las Vegas Strip casino for trademark infringement.
The manager of the businesses being sued told the Las Vegas Sun Thursday that he wasn't previously aware of the lawsuit and thought it sounded frivolous.
