According to the abstract posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization: "A wireless internet accessing device and a method thereof for voice buffer, used for the data transmission between an internet accessing equipment and a network side, are disclosed by the present invention, and comprise dynamic voice buffer processing modules for receiving uplink voice data transmitted from the internet accessing equipment or downlink voice data forwarded by the network side, detecting the data, and then transmitting the uplink voice data after voice buffered to the network side or the downlink voice data after voice buffered to the internet accessing equipment, after dynamically adjusting the size of the voice buffer according to the detection result. The problem of dynamically adjusting the buffer size of the uplink and downlink voice is solved by applying the present invention."
